Terms of sale and use
What you are buying
A digital product: one HTML file that runs in a web browser. The Daily Planner is provided free of charge. The Unlimited Life Planner costs ten US dollars as a single payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind.
Your licence
You may use your copy on any device you own, for as long as you like, and keep using it indefinitely. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or publish it publicly.
Refunds
If the paid planner is not right for you, email planivostudio@gmail.com within 10 days of purchase with your purchase details and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. Because the product is a file you already hold, we ask that you stop using it after a refund.
What we do not promise
The planners run in modern browsers and store data locally. We cannot guarantee behaviour in every browser or on every device, and we cannot recover data that a browser deletes, for instance when site data is cleared or a private window is closed. Export regularly if your entries matter to you. The planners are provided as they are, without warranty beyond the refund above.
Changes
These terms may change for future purchases. The terms that apply to you are the ones published on the day you bought.
